The owner of the website Marko Izgoršek, Colibri wood art (hereinafter: the Company ) and the buyer regulate their mutual obligations in connection with the e-commerce service with the terms of business stated here. The Company sends the ordered products to customers. Information about products, business conditions, online applications and other information in the store are available in English and German.

The company allows the possibility of errors in the published product descriptions.
Price list on the website
The prices of the products published on the Website are stated in EUR. The company is not liable for tax (Umsatzsteuerbefreit – Kleinunternehmer gem. § 6 Abs. 1 Z 27 UStG), so it is not calculated. Published prices are valid until canceled or until new prices are published. The offer on the Website is valid only for purchases via the Website . The prices of the products on the Website are not comparable and are not necessarily always the same as the prices at other points of sale where the Company sells these products. Prices are valid at the time of placing the order.
Payment methods
Payment for purchased goods is only possible with a payment card.
Delivery
Products that are in stock will be delivered within 3-9 working days from the date of your order or, in the case of purchase with advance payment, within 3-9 working days after receipt of payment.
We are not responsible for delivery delays due to the lack of promptness of delivery companies.
It may happen that individual products are out of stock and no longer available. When we cannot provide you with the ordered product, we reserve the right to withdraw from the order. We will inform you in writing or verbally in time about the withdrawal from the order.
Customer identification upon receipt of goods
The supplier reserves the right to verify the identity of the recipient of the goods in an appropriate way (inspection of personal or other documents), as this ensures that the ordered goods will be delivered to the right customer.
Exchanges and complaints
If the purchased product did not meet your expectations, you can return it under the conditions listed below.
Product exchange
You can shop safely and worry-free on the Website . We allow you to simply return and exchange the product within 30 days, no questions asked. You can exchange the product within 30 days of receipt. Package the product you received and send it to our address. Attach a copy of the invoice to the package. It is important that you enter which other product you want on the form in addition to your data. We will send the ordered product to you as soon as possible. The product you are returning must be undamaged, packed in the original packaging, in an unchanged quantity and without signs of use. The shipping cost of the returned goods is covered by the sender. We do not accept ransom payments.
Product complaint
In the event of a product complaint due to a material defect, please return the products in their original packaging and describe the defect you have detected on the product. Also attach a photocopy of the invoice to the package. We will inform you about the result of the procedure and further steps within 8 days after receiving the complaint. The company is not responsible for errors and possible damage caused by improper use and maintenance of the product.

The right to withdraw from the contract
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the ordered goods, without giving a reason for your decision.
Within the prescribed period, notify us by mail or e-mail to the address info@colibriwoodart.com that you withdraw from the contract. After you have announced your withdrawal from the contract, the 30-day period in which you must return the product begins. Attach a copy of the invoice to the package you are returning. It is important that, in addition to your data, you also enter the number of your current account, to which we will transfer the purchase price within 5 working days after receiving the returned products. The shipping cost of the returned goods is covered by the sender. We do not accept ransom payments.

Purchase Agreement
The purchase agreement is kept at the company’s headquarters and can be obtained upon written request. Send your request to info@colibriwoodart.com. The concluded contract will be stored in the company for six (6) months after its conclusion. Access to the contract is possible during the time period indicated above.
Issuance of invoices
You will receive an invoice for the purchased products together with the product in physical form or you will receive it by e-mail.
